Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.

After production (2–7 business days), standard shipping takes approximately 10–20 business days. Express shipping takes approximately 3–5 business days and is available at checkout for an additional fee.

Yes. Rates: Europe €12 · US €15 · EFTA €15 · Worldwide €20. A valid local phone number is required. Availability may vary by product type.

Returns and Exchanges
