Refund policy

Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible items.

Custom Made-to-Order Products Most products at The GAC Edit are made-to-order specifically for you. Because each item is custom-produced, we can only accept returns if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Eligible Returns We will accept returns and provide refunds or replacements for:

  • Damaged items
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect items (wrong size, color, or design sent)

How to Request a Return If your order qualifies for a return, please contact us at thegacedit@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
  • A brief description of the issue

Once approved, we'll provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

  • Our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect): We cover return shipping costs
  • Customer error (wrong size ordered, change of mind): Returns are not accepted for custom-made items

Processing Refunds Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item, and returned to your original payment method.

Cancellations Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, before production begins. Contact us immediately at [your email] if you need to cancel.
