Processing Time Orders are made-to-order to reduce waste and overproduction. Please allow 2-7 business days for production before your order ships.
Shipping & Delivery Delivery takes 10-20 business days after production is complete. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs processing.
Express Shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee. Delivery times are estimated at 3-5 business days depending on your location. A valid local phone number is required for express delivery. Express shipping rates vary by region:
- Europe: €12.00
- US: €15.00
- EFTA countries: €15.00
- Worldwide: €20.00

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
Customs & Duties For international orders, customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your local customs authority.

Address Changes Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot modify addresses once an order has been processed.
